What is the shipping and order handling time?
Orders at Kimiko are usually processed within 3 to 4 business days. Overall it take 20-25 days shipping and delivery time. Some products, such as pre-orders and Custom jewellery, may take longer. We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner. However, in some unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. In such cases, we'll notify you of any delay immediately.

How do international duties and taxes work?
Shipping charges include all applicable duties and taxes. However, if you're asked to pay any additional amounts on delivery, please reach out to care@kimiko.asia.
What payment options are available on KIMIKO?
Currently, we accept Credit cards, Debit cards, UPI and PayPal.
Can I cancel my international order?
Unfortunately, international orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However, cancellation requests may be entertained at the sole discretion of the Company.
Can I return my product?
Yes, you can return your jewellery within 30 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted for unused products returned with the original invoice and packaging. Please send the product, packaging, and invoice to the below address:

Once QC is completed, you shall receive a refund within 15 days after adjusting any applicable fees and duties
